Application:
A type of dome closure series, used for direct connection during optical fiber transmission, provides joint connection protection, with 4 small round inlet holes and 1 oval inlet hole; threaded mechanical seal; can be used for overhead, pole, wall and buried installations. With good sealing performance, the simple installation and wide application range are the best choice for optical fiber connection.
Feature:
1.All functional indicators are in line with the national YD/T814.1 standard for distribution box.
2. 5 cable ports (4 small round and 1 large oval holes), the large one can be used for digging (suits for 1 cable in and 1 cable out).

OPERATION PROCEDURE:
1. Optical cable stripping: 1) Do not break the optical cable: mark the cut point of the sheath, strip about 180 cm or according to the relevant requirements.

2) Break the optical cable: peel off the pair of optical cables to be connected, remove the protective layer of the optical cable
from the mark, peel off the top 120 cm sheath, and keep the internal optical cable intact.
2. Installation

2.1 The cable enters through the inlet on the base;
2.2 Use the cable holder to lock the optical cable, and insert the steel core into the reinforced core column and press it tightly.

2.3.1 Oval hole-optical cable installation: Take out all the accessories from the oval hole, install the optical cable and accessories to the oval hole in the order as shown in the figure below, and tighten the two screws to compress it.

2.3.2 Small hole-optical cable installation: Unscrew the plastic nut of the small cable hole, take out the ¢27 sealing rubber plug, install the accessories in the order as shown in the figure below, and finally use a wrench to tighten the plastic nut to complete the sealing of the optical cable entrance.

2.4 Splitting: Pass the stripped cable into the splice tray and coil it around, lead the end in the splicing slot and splice it with the incoimg pigtail from the PLC; insert the outgoing pigtails from PLC into the adapters on the back of the splice tray; finally insert the outgoing fibers into the adapters on other side.
Direct connecting: Coil two cables to be connected around the splice tray, lead the 2 ends into the splice slot and splice them.
2.5.Laying and installation: After the operation is completed, put the sealing ring in the groove of the base, cover it and lock the closure with a plastic hoop, mount it on the wall or pole or bury it underground as required.
NOTES: 1.Please read this instruction manual carefully before installation. 2.Please pay special attention to the notes listed, especially when the operator seal the cable ports, as seal performance of the closure might be affected if operation is not appropriate.
